Crown JewelLocal use and optional sync
North Star Gate provides Crown Jewel. Core collection features work locally without an account. If you enable server sync and sign in with NSG ID, collection records and photos are sent to the Crown Jewel service to provide synchronization.
Information used for sync
Sync processes your NSG ID profile, including email, display name and account identifier; device identifier, name, platform and activity timestamps; and collection content such as folders, templates, item details, custom fields, settings and photos. Sign-in tokens on iOS are stored in the system Keychain.
Photos and permissions
You choose which photos to add or when to use the camera. Photos are stored with your collection and are uploaded when optional sync is enabled. Avoid adding content you do not want to store or synchronize. The app does not use advertising or third-party tracking SDKs.
Deletion and support
Delete Sync Account in Settings deletes the Crown Jewel account and linked collection records from the active server database; local records remain on the device. This action does not delete the shared NSG ID. Deleting the sync account does not automatically remove uploaded photo files. Copies may also remain in backups. Contact North Star Gate through the Support page about uploaded-file removal, retained copies or other privacy requests.
