Privacy Policy
Crown Jewel is local-first. You can use its core collection features without an account, and your collection data stays on your device unless you choose to enable server sync.
Data stored on your device
Folders, templates, item details, notes, settings, and photos are stored locally. The app requests camera or photo-library access only when you choose to add a photo.
Optional NSG ID sync
If you sign in and enable sync, Crown Jewel processes your NSG ID name, email address, account identifier, device name and identifier, collection records, settings, and photos to provide synchronization across your devices and the Crown Jewel web app. These data are linked to your account and used only for app functionality.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Crown Jewel does not include advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics. North Star Gate does not sell Crown Jewel data.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it or remove the app. Synced records remain while your sync account is active. You can permanently delete the sync account and all associated server data from Crown Jewel Settings. Deleting the sync account does not delete collection data stored locally on your device.
Security and transfers
Sync traffic uses HTTPS. Data may be processed on infrastructure used to operate North Star Gate services; protections and disclosures described here continue to apply.
Children
Crown Jewel is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
