Gravitee is provided by North Star Gate. This policy describes gameplay, account synchronization and support information.
Data on your device
Gravitee stores course progress, run results, game-coordinate movement paths, cosmetic selections and settings on your device. Device motion controls the ball; recorded gameplay paths describe movement inside a course, not a real-world GPS route.
Account and device information
Signing in with NSG ID enables server synchronization. We handle your account identifier, email address and display name, together with a generated device identifier, device name and platform.
Synchronization and its purpose
Signed-in synchronization uploads run times, collection counts, completion or failure information, checkpoint progress, timestamps and replayable movement paths. It downloads your saved runs, global rankings, aggregated most-followed paths and updated course data. Pending runs may upload automatically when connectivity returns.
Visibility to other players
Global leaderboards show player names and results to other signed-in users. When no display name is available, the service currently uses the part of your email address before @. Uploaded paths contribute to aggregated most-followed course routes.
Your choices
You can play without signing in. Logout removes the local sign-in session but does not delete records previously uploaded to the server. Contact support for questions or deletion requests.
Advertising and support
We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising. If you contact support, we use the information you provide to understand and respond to your request.
