Data Stored on Your Device
Gravitee stores course progress, run times, collected items, sampled run paths, cosmetic unlocks, settings, and a randomly generated device identifier so you can continue playing and manage your local results.
Optional NSG ID and Online Sync
You can play without signing in. If you choose to sign in with NSG ID, Gravitee receives your email address, display name, and NSG account identifier. The app may upload your device name and identifier, course and version, completion time, collected-item counts, completion status, timestamps, and sampled ball-path coordinates and velocity. Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain.
Leaderboards and Shared Paths
Signed-in players can download global leaderboards and aggregated most-followed paths. Your display name and qualifying run results may appear to other signed-in players. Shared path guidance is produced from multiple uploaded runs and is not shown with your email address.
How We Use and Share Data
We use this information to authenticate your account, synchronize results, operate leaderboards and shared paths, maintain app security, diagnose service problems, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information, serve third-party advertising, or use third-party tracking SDKs.
Motion Data
Gravitee uses device motion to steer the ball. Motion readings are processed for gameplay and are not uploaded as raw sensor data.
Storage, Retention, and Deletion
Online data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on North Star Gate systems. Local data remains until you delete the app or its data. Synced account and gameplay data is retained while needed to provide the service. To request access, correction, or deletion of synced data, contact us using the address below.
Support Messages
If you contact support, we use the information you provide only to understand and respond to your request.
