North Star Gate does not operate an Agres cloud service that receives or analyzes your mailbox. The app processes the information it needs on your device.

1. Mail, calendar, and task data

Agres connects directly to the email servers you configure. Messages and related working data are processed and stored locally for app functions such as display, search, sender-domain checks, Calendar, and To Do. Your email content is not sent to North Star Gate for analysis.

2. Account credentials

Usernames, passwords, and authentication tokens used by Agres are stored in iOS Keychain. They are transmitted only as required to authenticate with the email provider you configure and are not transmitted to North Star Gate.

3. Sender and authentication checks

Sender-domain comparison and the parsing of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and authentication headers run on your device. The sender-domain pairs, blocked names, and category choices you create remain part of the app's local working data.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

Agres does not collect behavioral analytics. Diagnostic logs are not uploaded automatically. If you choose to export and send a log for support, review it first because it may contain technical account or message details relevant to the issue.

5. Data controlled by your provider and Apple

Your email provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy. Apple may process App Store purchases, downloads, and device services under Apple's policies. North Star Gate does not control those services.

6. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when Agres changes. The revision date above identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to North Star Gate:
